01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between kd666 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the kd666 online gambling platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, crash games, promotional offers, and any other products or services offered through kd666.bio or associated applications.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kd666 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. kd666 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on kd666 and to participate in any gambling activity offered through the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using kd666. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. kd666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Geographic Eligibility

kd666 is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. kd666 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its primary target market. Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kd666 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held within them. 03 Account Registration & Verification

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd666 login credentials, including your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact kd666 support without delay. kd666 accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

kd666 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladesh players. All transactions on the kd666 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no hidden currency conversion fees.

Accepted Payment Methods

kd666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as direct bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit on kd666 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your kd666 account balance in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers.
• kd666 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which kd666 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made via methods other than your verified payment method may be rejected and returned after deduction of any processing costs incurred.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set out on the platform's banking page and vary by account tier and VIP level.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for mobile banking methods once approval is granted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• kd666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified promptly if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the player's own name — are strictly prohibited.

Bonus Funds & Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money funds and bonus funds are held in separate balance pools; real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms. kd666 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if the applicable terms are found to have been abused.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kd666 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports betting enhanced odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts or payment methods constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus offers are only available to players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion explicitly extends eligibility to unverified accounts within defined limits.
• kd666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the original wagering requirements.

VIP Programme

The kd666 VIP Programme (Silver Reserve, Gold Reserve, Platinum Reserve, and Obsidian Reserve tiers) is governed by separate VIP terms published on the platform. VIP status is assigned at the sole discretion of kd666 and may be reviewed, adjusted, or revoked based on account activity, compliance history, and wagering behaviour. VIP benefits including cashback, dedicated account management, and enhanced withdrawal limits are subject to ongoing VIP tier membership and are not guaranteed in perpetuity.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kd666 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by the rules of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further legal action.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point; impersonating another person; using another person's identity documents or payment methods without their express authorisation.
• Money Laundering: Using the kd666 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. kd666 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using software bots or artificial intelligence tools, exploiting software bugs or technical errors, or employing any strategy that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to kd666. Any account subject to a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward kd666 staff or other players via any channel, including support chat, email, or social media.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kd666's systems, databases, or other players' accounts; conducting security penetration testing without written authorisation from kd666.

Consequences of Breach

kd666 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, to void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, to withhold and forfeit any balances associated with the account, and to pursue recovery of any losses suffered by kd666 as a result of the breach through all available legal means.

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kd666 platform — including but not limited to the kd666 brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, text, software, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of kd666 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd666 platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, or distributing any part of the kd666 platform or its content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technical component of the kd666 platform.
• Using kd666's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the kd666 platform by automated means for any commercial purpose.

All third-party game content available on kd666 — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Red Tiger — is the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to each provider's own licensing terms. kd666 is a licensed distributor of such content and holds no ownership claim over third-party game assets.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kd666 platform or any content, product, or service available through it. Platform Availability

kd666 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free of interruptions, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. kd666 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the kd666 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game providers. kd666 does not manipulate game outcomes. All gambling involves inherent risk, and kd666 accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from normal gameplay. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that losses are an ordinary and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.

Third-Party Services

kd666 is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or performance of third-party payment processors, banking partners, game providers, or any other external service integrated with the kd666 platform. Any disputes regarding bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer transactions must be raised directly with the relevant payment provider in addition to notifying kd666 support.
